Pixel perfect, as you set it: same regions, components, order, spacing and copy as the board, with the mismatch % recorded; what is left must be down to demo data. dossiq and pipelinq count when a board is at layout match; the other seven count when measured.

Since midnight

WSL crashed at 21:34 on memory; builds and tests now run in capped memory pools (no crash since, runaway commands are killed on their own).
All lanes paused on an API usage limit at about 23:55 and resumed at 00:03; no work was lost.
Board status now shows on identity.conduction.nl/screens for every board (badge, mismatch, what differs), refreshed with each batch of verdicts.
Settings boards for dossiq and pipelinq redrawn as admin pages (design-system #242, #244).

Library work the boards wait on

Builders found these gaps in the shared nextcloud-vue widgets. Boards that need them reach layout match only after the next library release. One release bundles them all.

Two live lanes own the dossiq and pipelinq checkouts on :8080. In rounds they merge the builders' branches, build once and measure every queued board against its drawing, then tell each builder what still differs.

Twelve builders: dossiq in 5 areas (case page, work lists, case actions, domain views and contacts, catalogue and admin), pipelinq in 7 (tickets and KCC, relations, sales, kassa and bookings, marketing, home and reports, admin and flows).

A board counts when its live lane records layout match.

Eight nextcloud-vue lanes build the shared widgets the boards need (list pages, detail pages, dialogs, charts, reports and store, flows, admin and links, dashboard and mobile, list-page polish), plus one for the top bar. Each PR merges on its three required checks through the merge queue; releases bundle them.

Most remaining boards wait on these.

MACHINE

guarded

Builds and tests run in capped memory pools (heavy 9 GB, two at a time; live builds 8 GB, one at a time; pixel checks 3 GB, two at a time). A watchdog alerts on low memory or any WSL-wide out-of-memory event.

No crash since 21:34.

Waiting on you

design The boards draw four different roadmap pages (openregister: a table with votes; larpinq: a vote-ranked list; stackiq: an extra plug-ins tab and a timeline). dossiq and pipelinq get one shared look tonight; harmonising the rest is a design question for you.
copy decidiq's English source strings hold 1,206 em-dashes (old copy); the new translations have none.
gates Apps lock hydra gates v1.18.0 while CI runs the latest; a new tag plus a lock bump in all apps would make local and CI agree.
data Builders created about 45 sample records on :8080 to make pages measurable. Your call: keep them and add the same samples to each app's example data in the repo (in progress). No further writes.
design The top bar's role line under the user's name differs between boards for the same user: dossiq boards say "Woo-coördinator", pipelinq boards "Klantcontactmedewerker". One profile value cannot match both; pick one for the boards, or accept the difference.
access DqPubliceren can't be measured: publishing a Woo case needs the case's assignee, and the Zuiddrecht cast's Woo coordinator is thomas, while lanes log in as pieter only. Pick one: add pieter to the openregister Zuiddrecht cast, or let a lane measure as thomas.
openregister :8080's OpenRegister checkout is 106 commits behind development, so tonight's OpenRegister work (organisation usage, linked-record filter, flow step logs) isn't live there yet. Moving it means a branch switch plus probably an occ upgrade, which stays held while C: is under 50 GB. DqSubsidie's decision tabs wait on it.
design Border colour: under the Zuiddrecht theme control and tab borders are #8A929E (NL Design System border-dark, chosen for 3:1 input contrast), while the boards draw them lighter (#c4c7cb, #d6d9de). Keep the accessible border and accept the difference, or lighten the boards' controls only where contrast allows.
disk Free space on C: (compact the docker and WSL vhdx files). Every occ upgrade and re-import is held until C: is above 50 GB; the shillinq schema changes only show live after that.

Known and logged, not in tonight's scope

Tests: vitest exits 1 in every app on a missing @vue/tsconfig (inherited).
Hydra gates: every app locks an old gate version (v1.18.0, 10 Sep) while CI runs the latest, so local gate runs can fail what CI passes. Fix: tag a new gate version and bump all apps. Your call; not started.
Local only: the vitest red comes from the Nextcloud server checkout around the apps, not from the apps; CI is unaffected.
