The shift: from project company to product company.
Historically our work came from projects, training, and consulting: assignments where a customer hired us to build, implement, or guide something. That work still exists, but it's no longer what Conduction is about.
Conduction is a product company. We build an ecosystem of cooperating Nextcloud apps, and customers can use us without ever having to talk to us.
Download from the Nextcloud app store, install, done. All apps are always free and open source: no Community/Enterprise split, no feature gating, no "Pro" tier.
We earn a living through two supporting layers around the ecosystem, see right. Both are secondary, never leading: every brand surface (website, print, presentations) leads with the apps and the ecosystem. Support and Services are explained honestly where relevant, never as a forced funnel or upgrade pressure.
Support
An optional safety net on top of the free software. Helpdesk plus a proactive, telemetry-driven approach. Two tiers, Standard and Premium, billed per app × per user × per year.
Services
Project work with a published rate card. Development €125/hr · Consultancy €150/hr · Training (online: free, in person: €1,000–1,200 per half-day) · Certification per certificate. Optional prepaid bundle of €15,000 with a 10% discount.
