What you get
A live WOO portal at your -hosted domain, fed by the documents you already store. No separate platform, no migration. The documents stay where they are, in , your DMS, your archive, and the apps make them findable, citeable, and legally compliant.
Eleven WOO categories, ready out of the box.
Schemas for every category in the law, default fields, validation rules, citation strategy. Toggle on, you're publishing.
Document workflows that don't break your archive.
Documents stay in your DMS. OpenConnector pulls metadata, OpenCatalogi indexes, the originals never leave their source system.
A public portal at your own domain.
Citizens search and cite under your subdomain, indexed by Google, accessible from day one. WCAG AAA themed, NL Design System aligned.
Audit trail and digital signatures, automatic.
Every publication gets timestamped, signed, and logged. Pass any compliance audit without spreadsheet exports or manual reconstruction.
Stable citation URLs that survive reorganisations.
Each document gets a permanent identifier. Department changes, system migrations, even renames don't break the links you've already published.
Anonymisation for personal data, built in.
DocuDesk strips PII before publication: addresses, BSN-numbers, signatures. WOO redaction without the manual review step.
"We had a working WOO portal in our staging environment the same afternoon we installed the apps. The hard part was deciding what to publish, not how." · Gemeente Rotterdam · Pilot, Q2 2025
How it works
Install three apps
OpenCatalogi, OpenRegister, OpenConnector, from the app store. About six minutes total, including the schema bootstrap.
Wire OpenConnector to your DMS
Pre-built adapters for Alfresco, SharePoint, iBabs. Custom REST endpoint takes about an hour with the templates.
Configure the eleven WOO categories
Each category becomes a register. The schemas ship with the WOO solution package, review, edit, deploy.
Publish
Toggle the public catalogue. WOO portal goes live at your subdomain, indexed and searchable, with proper citation URLs and stable identifiers.
