Marleen,

Thanks for the conversation last week. Here's our offer for the WOO publication. We'll build your public catalogue on OpenCatalogi and link your dossiers via OpenConnector to your existing case environment. Documents flow through DocuDesk, audit trail included.

Lead time is eight weeks. We work fixed price, no open ends. The appendix covers scope, pricing, and what's explicitly out. Read the last part especially, so there are no surprises.

Why we built it this way

The letter is a file

Most letterhead pretends paper isn't digital. Ours owns the document-as-file aesthetic: a Plex Mono file-path running header, a metadata strip with our kenmerk, a hex-honeycomb pagination footer.

File-path running header. A Plex Mono line shows where this letter lives, like a breadcrumb in a repo. Recognisable, distinctive, and useful for the recipient who has to file it.
Cobalt hex + wordmark, not a giant logo. 9mm hex + Conduction wordmark is enough. Logos that take up 30% of the header are a 1990s tell.
Metadata strip is structured, not paragraphs. Date, reference, handled by, page, four labelled fields, scannable in two seconds. Government recipients will thank you.
"To" label, not "Dear Sir/Madam". MKB-direct: "Marleen," opens the body. The salutation does not need to be formal to be respectful.
Hex-honeycomb pagination. Page 1 of 3 = one filled hex of three. Visual page-counter that doubles as brand motif.
One orange mark, not zero. The "$" prompt at the top is the single orange accent, signals "this is Conduction" without screaming it.
Subject line is a verb-led sentence. "Offer: WOO publication", not "Subject: offer regarding the establishment of a publication environment".
