Every print template here ships as OpenDocument: the ISO/IEC 26300 open standard the Dutch government lists on the Forum Standaardisatie "comply or explain" list. The files open in LibreOffice, OnlyOffice, and Microsoft Office; you don't need a Conduction account or a paid licence to edit them.
Grab the .odt or .odp next to the template, fill in your content, export to PDF, done. Tokens live in the HTML version; the ODF is the working copy for people who prefer a document editor over markup.
